Please note that all our products are custom made, designed and manufactured with most exceptional care. We put excellence before speed, nonetheless your order will be with you in no time with quality you can rely on, we’re dedicated to giving you products that last.
Please carefully review all product information and sizing before making a purchase. We cannot edit orders once finalized, it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm order details (size, color, address, discount codes if applicable, etc.) are correct at time of purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms/conditions listed below.
What’s your return policy?
WE REALLY APPRECIATED YOUR INTEREST IN OUR SHOP . KINDLY UNDERSTAND OUR PROCESS.
Orders are custom made and automated and thus cannot be CANCELLED or REFUNDED once placed due to the custom and made to order processes involved.
Once the production starts, no change can be made and the order cannot be canceled by any mean.
All orders that have a payment transaction cannot be canceled and the sale is final.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, because our products are custom made, we are not able to accept returns, unless they are defective or there is a printing error on our end.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, because our products are custom made, we don’t offer exchanges.
If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at email@example.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
If 7 days have gone by since your items have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
What items are eligible for return/exchange?
Damaged or defective items:
We will do our best to ship out a corrected product right away!
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived is wrong or damaged. We will get you the correct item asap.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, or the print appears to be off (mis-alignment, discoloration, or another error), kindly follow the instructions below:
How soon will I get my refund/exchange?
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, or you will receive a new order number for your new item.
Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
